TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR NERVOUS SYSTEM MASTERY COURSE

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in and access to the Nervous System Mastery Course ("Course"), provided by Manifest Health ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, and accessing this Course, you ("Participant," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Educational and Informational Purposes Only
This Course is for educational and informational purposes only. The content, including but not limited to video lessons, workbooks, exercises, meditations, and somatic practices, is intended to provide general knowledge on nervous system regulation, trauma resilience, embodiment practices, and personal development.
2. No Medical or Therapeutic Advice
The information in this Course is not medical advice, psychotherapy, or any form of professional healthcare treatment. The Course does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical conditions. Participation in this Course does not establish a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or any other professional relationship between you and the Company.
You understand and agree that:
• This Course is not a substitute for medical treatment, therapy, psychological counseling, or any other professional services.
• If you have or suspect a medical or mental health condition, you should consult with a licensed healthcare provider before engaging in any of the techniques or practices presented.
• You assume full responsibility for your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
3. Personal Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in this Course, you acknowledge and accept that:
• Results are not guaranteed – individual success depends on personal effort, commitment, and consistency. What you put into this Course is what you will get out of it.
• You are 100% responsible for how you apply the information and techniques presented.
• The Company is not responsible for any outcomes, successes, or failures that result from your use of the Course material.
• Any application of the information is done at your own risk, and you release the Company from any liability related to your participation.
4. Access to Course Materials
• Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course materials for six (6) months from the date of enrollment.
• It is your responsibility to complete the Course within this timeframe.
• After six (6) months, your access will expire, and you will no longer be able to view or download any Course materials.
5. Tier 2 Telegram Group Support (If Applicable)
If you have purchased Tier 2, you will receive access to the private Telegram support group for 30 days, subject to the following terms:
• Duration of Support: Telegram support is available for 30 consecutive days, beginning from the date you officially join the Telegram channel via the link provided.
• Scope of Support: This is a group support space where you may submit any questions that arise during your participation in the Course.
• Response Format: Support is not a direct live 1:1 coaching session. Instead, Tamar will answer all submitted questions via voicenote in the Telegram app during designated response times.
• Response Schedule: Tamar will provide responses once per week, sometimes twice per week depending on demand.
• Participant Expectations: You are encouraged to engage respectfully within the group. However, personal case-by-case coaching beyond general guidance is not included in this support option.
Failure to join the Telegram group within the designated timeframe will not extend your support period. No refunds or adjustments will be made for missed participation.
6. No Refund Policy
• All sales of this Course are final.
• There are no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges under any circumstances.
• By purchasing this Course, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.
7. Intellectual Property and License
• All content in this Course, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, workbooks, PDFs, written materials, exercises, and templates, is the intellectual property of the Company and is protected under copyright laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Course materials for personal use only.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or use any part of the Course for commercial purposes without express written permission from the Company.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its representatives are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Your participation in the Course;
• Your reliance on any Course content;
• Any perceived failure to achieve desired results;
• Any injury, loss, or damage (physical, emotional, financial, or otherwise) related to your participation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:
• Your use of the Course materials;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your application (or misapplication) of the Course content.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Florida, USA, and both parties waive any right to a jury trial.
11. Acknowledgment and Agreement
By purchasing and accessing this Course, you affirm that:
✔ You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
✔ You acknowledge that this Course does not guarantee any specific results.
✔ You assume full responsibility for your healing, application of techniques, and personal progress.
✔ You accept the six (6)-month access period and will complete the Course in a timely manner.
✔ You understand and agree to the no-refund policy.
✔ If applicable, you acknowledge that Telegram group support lasts for 30 days from the date you join, is not 1:1 support, and responses are provided during designated times.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you should not enroll in this Course.
