How much time does it take per week?

We recommend setting aside 2–4 hours per week to fully engage with one module and its accompanying practices in the workbook.

How long does it take to complete the course?

If you follow the suggested pace of one module per week, the course will take 5 weeks to complete. But you’re welcome to go slower or faster—whatever works best for you.

How long will I have access to the course?

Does this course replace therapy?

This course is not a replacement for therapy. It’s a powerful companion to therapeutic work that can deepen and enhance any healing or self-development path you’re already on.

Do I need any special tools, apps, or equipment for this course?

Nope! All you need is a device to watch the videos and a quiet space to engage with the practices. A journal or printed copy of the workbook is helpful, but not required.

What if I fall behind or don’t finish on time?
